Mandors are proud to offer our new online Made-to-Measure service. To help understand how this service works, please read through the information below. Our online order service is entirely managed in house. For any enquiries please don't hesitate to contact us on 0141 332 4221 where our team will be happy to help you with any concerns.
Are the images of the fabrics true to the real life look?
We have endeavoured to show all fabrics to their truest form in terms of pattern size and colours however please remember different monitors display colours differently so to ensure you've chosen the perfect fabric for you, we recommend ordering a sample before proceeding with your order.
Can I make changes to my order?
Once your order has been placed, you have a 48-hour 'cooling off' period. During this time your order will not be processed to allow you to make changes. To make any changes, please call our team on 0141 332 4221.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations may be made within the first 48-hour 'cooling-off' period of your order. After this time has elapsed, we will begin to make-up your order and cancellations cannot be made. In the event of a cancellation, a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred.
Returns & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is our priority; so if you have any issues with your order, please get in touch with us at the earliest opportunity.
What do I do if there is a problem with my order?
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your curtains, please be aware returns will only be granted in the event of curtains being faulty or not made to the specifications provided. We strongly recommend checking your measurements using our guides before placing your order.
If your curtains are found to be faulty or we have made an error, we will happily re-make your order, offer credit towards a future order with us or offer you a full refund. This will be after we have reviewed your order details and finished curtains. Curtains should be returned to us in store in order for us to complete this assessment. If we find there to be no error, your curtains will be returned to you.
Can I return made-to-measure curtains?
Unfortunately not. Other than under the above circumstances, we do not accept returns on made-to-measure items or cut-length products if you opt out of the make-up service.
We offer UK wide delivery at the standard rate of £10. Delivery normally takes up to 7 working days from the completion of your order. Orders take 6 weeks to be completed and checked. We will notify you when your order is ready for delivery or collection.
Free in-store collection is available from our Glasgow store.
We are able to offer international delivery however please contact us for more information as shipping costs and times will be dependent upon final destination. Our team can be contacted via email on firstname.lastname@example.org, where they will be happy to work out the best possible method for this.

When you order we ask your name, address, email address, and delivery address. Without this information we would be unable to process your order or notify you of our acceptance of your order. We do not store your credit card information.
We keep a record of your orders with us, so that we can deal with any issues with your order and so that we know what interests you and can tailor future offers to suit you.
We also keep a record of any emails you send us so that we can provide you with an excellent standard of customer care should you need to contact us at any time. We may also contact you with offers that we think may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to hear from us please contact our team at any time. Please be assured we will not share details with any third party for marketing purposes.
The information, which you supply to us, is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. All information such as your name, address and email address is stored on secure servers. All your personal details are protected to the highest standards and treated as strictly confidential in line with the latest Data Protection and Consumer Legislation.
